Try and understand me here mat, you don't need to pick just one aspect and stick to it. You could still become continue studying to become a doctor and keep your creative stuff like drawing and music for your free time. IMHO keeping by keeping both aspects of your life you will avoid getting bored of them. If you just chose medicine, or the arts, there is a greater probability that you will change your mind in the future, so just find time to keep both.
